Training Week 10



This week of training went much better than last week. I felt good and the runs did not seem as long. Compared to last Saturday when I had to do 16 miles and every mile felt longer and longer this weeks 16 mile run felt like it went fast. I was half way done and feeling great and then finished feeling even better! I think eating a good breakfeast helped me with my energy levels and a change in route helped give me something new to look at. It was a perfect day for running to0 which probably helped. There was a slight breeze in the air and a temp of 70 degrees. It was a beautiful weekend here in MN. After I burned all those calories off from running 16 miles on Saturday I gained it all back by indulging in Fair food. Post to come soon on our fun filled afternoon at the State Fair!

Sat: 16 miles
Sun: rest

with running as much as you are you can probably eat as much fair food as you want and not worry at all! awesome job with the running!
