Great hair and an 80's challenge.

Based on the comments, and in effort to have the most postings, music videos are a favorite. And why not? They make you feel good. So here's a call back to 1985. I haven't seen the film, but supposedly St. Elmo's Fire was the movie for the 20- and 30-something crowd. This is John Parr singing the title theme. His hair is awesome. Now here's the challenge: can you spot all the actors and actresses who went on to be huge? Here's a hint to get you going: yes, that is Emilio Estevez. And for the record, no that is not the official Backstreet Boys video down below. Youtube won't let me post the actual video.

Dude, I swear they picked the same people for those kinds of movies then. I swear I saw the whole cast of "Breakfast Club" (which I have seen on t.v.)

Ally Sheedy and isn't that the guy from "Tommy Boy"? Oh, and Andrew McCarthy.

I know I saw Rob Lowe in there with all of his feathery 80's mullet glory.

Okay all you "newbies", Emilio Estevez, Rob Lowe, Andrew McCarthy, Demi Moore, Judd Nelson, Ally Sheedy and Andie MacDowell (is she the one that does that hair product commercial?) And I did not use Wikipedia! At least that are the ones I recognized that you may know also. Joyce Van Patten and Martin Balsam were big names then but I haven't seen their names on a playbill in years. Did I miss anyone? Since I rarely go to movies these days I have to get my celeb info from the magazines at the check out stands in the grocery store. Love MOM Rose
